New With Tags – New Item, Never Used – Original Tags uncut included.
New without Tags – Never Used, New Condition with Original Tags removed.
Unpackaged, almost Brand-New – Beautiful item, used once or twice only.
Excellent Condition, Hardly Used – Only the slightest use can be detected upon close inspection.
Very Nice Condition, Gently Used – Great looking item, some slight leather watermarks and tiny leather rubs visible upon close inspection.
Nice Condition, used with care – Slight evidence of use, nothing broken, no major flaws. Nice pre-used item, looks nice and ready to be used.
Good condition, pre-loved – Nothing broken, pre-loved item showing signs of age and wear wtih light marks/scuffs. Minor touch ups might be necessary.
Pre loved item, Used Condition – Appearance of Darkening, Dryness, Scuffs, Marks, some small cracks, dirtiness in some areas. Could require cleaning and/or touch ups. Some cases may require very minor repair.
Okay Condition, Looks Used – Major Darkening and Dryness, Scuffs and Marks. Some small cracks and requires cleaning and/or repairs.
Clear flaws, Quite Used – Noticeable flaws, Scuffs, Small cracks, Marks and Dirtiness overall.
Broken Item – Impossible to use as is, requires repair before use.
Completely Broken – Only valuable for use as parts, repair not possible for this item.
NOTICE A CONDITION DIFFERENCE?
If you notice there is a clear difference in Condition between what has been described and what you have discovered after inspecting, you will be able to receive a full refund for that item and we will refund your shipping fees.
