REFUNDS & RETURNS
With store purchases, there is usually a policy for “Returns” and “Refunds”, or sometimes Store Credit is offered in exchange – it’s even possible to purchase the incorrect size for your partner, decide that you don’t like the item as much as you thought.

When you bid in an Auction, it is not only participation, it is intent to purchase. We disclose Item Condition and display multiple Photographs per item, and we show the item during our LIVE Auction.
If you do not attend our Auction, you are bidding with intent to purchase from the item you have seen. Some bids maybe rejected due to being too low, however in this case where we display a Reserve Price, we “Reserve” the right to Accept your bid, which means you will be invoiced for it.

WHEN IS A RETURN/REFUND ACCEPTED?
If an item was not disclosed properly, whether that be Item Condition or Photographs – we advise to ask the Auctioneer during a LIVE sale, or request more information about the item from our LBA support team. We give our customers approximately 5-7 days to pre-bid on an item, therefore if you only bid during a LIVE Auction – and you didn’t notice something about the item at the time of bidding – your return/refund request will be rejected.
However if after our investigation for your return/refund request, we come to the conclusion that you have been mis-sold the item, we will fulfill your refund/return request.
